A grand hollow eider decoy with an uplifted head and a mussel in its mouth. This sea duck's inletted head displays carved eye and bill detail. The body and head are held in with wooden pegs. It is rigged with a pad weight and a leather thong. The underside is signed with an incised "McNAIR."
